I am almost 50 years old and my life has just changed. I lived a nightmare for 30 years. My life was buried the day I started taking medicine that was stolen from my mother. I know the extreme physical and psychological pain of craving. I was prepared to do anything to get sedatives and anti-anxiety drugs.

I quickly learned the properties of all these drugs: sleeping, relieving tension, not existing for a few hours. I wanted to disappear from this world but without really having the courage. The drugs almost killed me on several occasions. They cost me my health, my professional life and my social life. I severed all ties with my family.

Then I was placed in Inger's path. She allowed me to connect with my spark of life. What a wonderful inner journey, what intense emotion. I understood why I had chosen this path of suffering. My guides by my side have given me strength and courage.

Today my life has taken on color and I feel alive again. I know I am armed to fight the effects of drug shortage. I experienced it every day. I have largely slowed down my consumption; I am now the captain of my vessel and resolutely optimistic. I thank the wonderful Inger and the Universe with all my heart.

Familiar with hypnosis, which I find to be a great liberation technique, I was very interested to have this experience with Inger. She has a beautiful intonation of voice that invites you to travel and very quickly I entered a succession of characters who imposed themselves and I followed these successive lives opening doors between my consciousness and the unconscious, giving me keys to understand my behaviours, what I was experiencing and the changes I could allow by opening these doors.

Being very calm and professional induces a great confidence to go further and has a great quality: she uses her intuition to emphasize what she feels to be important without insistence. Her voice remained present in me: synonymous with calm and communication with the deepest of myself. During the session, we updated, in particular, tensions that I have at the level of the neck; What is amazing is that I hadn't mentioned it before and the question came very naturally.
